We are looking for qualified sub-contractors who are experienced carpenters.
Burgan Home Improvements LLC is a quality construction company specializing in commercial, residential remodeling and renovations in the Dayton, and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to a variety of architectural finishing services on projects ranging from renovation to new construction.
Qualifications and Skills: Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall, general laborers
A valid driver’s license, your own tools and reliable transportation is required. 3 to 5 years of experience is required. A background in skilled trades is a plus. Willingness to travel about 25% of the time.

Skills: Carpenter must have great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of wood properties and other carpentry materials. Able to work with little supervision while following all health and safety standards is essential. The goal is to contribute to the construction and maintenance of strong and long-lasting buildings and products.
Proven experience as carpenter; hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials. Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction. Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, etc.).
Good knowledge of English. Good physical condition and endurance. High school diploma or GED equivalent
Pay: $15.00 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule: 8-hours, day shift, Monday thru Friday
